Quiliss is a marketplace where independent vendors list tours, activities, and experiences, and customers discover and book them. Quiliss facilitates the booking and payment; the experience itself is delivered by the vendor named on the listing.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can sign out of all devices or delete your account from Account → Security in the app.
A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds, and your ticket with a QR code is issued in the app. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless you select another display currency; the charged amount and applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay or Stripe.
Each listing shows its cancellation policy before you book. Where a refund applies, it is issued to your original payment method and typically takes 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
You agree not to misuse the service — including submitting fraudulent bookings or payments, posting reviews for experiences you did not attend, scraping content, or interfering with the operation of the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Experiences are provided by vendors, who are responsible for their delivery and safety. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiliss's liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
